Nothing too bad but still sucks, I was working out & when I was Running/Walking in my own backyard I tripped over & scrapped my Right Knee (it was bleeding alot). It's been about 5 or 6 days since then and my Knee & is already feeling better but what stinks is that my Scrap Area needs time to dry/heal (it's like 6th Grade all over again! yeah, THAT LONG AGO & LAST TIME I gotten hurt!). Seems like I won't be Running for my Workouts for a Short While but can at least do other things to be active.

Yo, ever read @Fro ? A mod here, our kinda tryhard... anyway yea, you're likely young, got ways to r 'n r properly. I used to haul water and shovel rocks, got shoulder bursitis/odd bone divots: don't over-extend lol

Uh thanks for the nice gesture & advise, yeah I am young-ish (28 to be exact) but luckily my Mom and Grandparents took good care of me though on how to handle my Minor Injury.
